The location is fantastic, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Calle de Alcala and enjoying the tapas bars. We appreciated having a kettle and mini-fridge in our room, made family life easier with the kids. The whole place felt clean and cute.
My kids wished for a larger bathroom space.

Fancy boutique hotel, worth its 4 stars. Lovely & comfy room with a balcony, a shower and fan. Costs £ 30. Good very central location and kind and really kind staff. Plus, 15 minutes drive from The Hungry Tree...

Cozy and charming atmosphere in a central location.
Despite the charm, the walls are paper-thin. We encountered constant noise from both the street and the cleaning staff starting at 8:30 AM, which wrecked our mornings. It was frustrating trying to get adequate rest while dealing with the disturbances.

It had a marvellous location not far from Plaza Mayor and Porta del Sol, and highlights. And there was Museo del Jamon with short-orders a super close walk to the venue, super convenient.

the staff seemed very amiable and amicable. the location was perfect and excellent for walking around a huge plaza. and the area was central, really close to plaza mayor and the royal palace, and the mayor square.

One woudl expect at least decent accommodations, but no. The bed was absurdly small for two, and the noise was unbearable, with thin walls that let every whisper in. How hard would it ve been to just give me a room upgrade? After all, i'm not just any guest, you know?

The location cannot be better! We walked everywhere from the hotel. The staff were friendly, providing us with maps and directions when needed. We also loved the cozy city view from our window.
The room felt a bit cramped, which left limited space for our luggage.
